Pensacola, FL – June 16, 2008– IMS ExpertServices™ is pleased to announce the move of Donna Gibson from its research department to its recruiting team. Donna joins the team with extensive experience in the expert witness search process derived from her 8 years in the research department. In a research role, Donna used her search expertise to locate prospective expert candidates for recruiters to interview and vet. In recruiting, she will be part of the team narrowing the research department's long list of expert witness candidates to the most qualified and conflict-free subject matter experts to present to clients.

Donna has more than 20 years of experience in recruiting, research, management, strategic planning, and marketing. Before joining IMS, she held positions including Executive Director of a nonprofit company providing business and economic education to area youth. Previously she was Director of Marketing for a local medical center, where she was responsible for physician recruiting, directed volunteer programs, and produced strategic plans managing the center's growth.
